Our cleaning process involves 5 stages......................

1. Pre-vacuuming of the area to remove loose debris. 2. Pre-spraying with a relevant cleaning solution. 3. Spotting - dealing with any marks or stains that are still present. 4. Hot water extraction - water is pumped at high pressure to rinse and clean the carpet. 5. Drying - Using our powerful machine removes most mositure but we can speed up the drying using air movers.
