Q. What areas do you cover?
A. Our main coverage area is in and around East Sussex although each job is considered on merit so if you live out of this area please ring or email and we will endeavour to meet your requests.

Q. What services do you provide?
A. Our services include cleaning to carpets, upholstery, ovens, rugs, leather, one off cleans and contract cleaning.

Q. Can you quote a price over the phone?
A. We offer a no obligation estimate on the phone which is confirmed in writiing upon arrival. Alternatively we can visit and provide a quote on site.
 
Q. Do I need to be home when getting carpets or upholstery cleaned?
A. No, we can clean whilst you are at work, as long as we have access.  You can be rest assured that your property will be in safe hands and we would ensure your property is left secure if finished before you arrive home.

Q. How do you clean carpets & upholstery?
A. We use the most thorough method to clean fibres, hot water extraction, some people know it as steam cleaning. We vacuum thoroughly, apply a pre-spray, agitate if neccesary and leave to dwell, this is then rinsed and extracted with hot water to remove deep down soil and dirt.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. You can make payment by either cash, cheque, Paypal or bank transfer.

Q. How do I organise a survey/quote?
A. You can call anytime between 9am & 7pm, just give us a call on 07984 971651 or use our enquiry form and we will be happy to get back to you.  

Q. How long does cleaning take?
A. Oven cleaning 2-3 hours. Carpet cleaning can vary depending on factors such as how soiled the carpet is, how much furniture needs to be moved, spots & stains, etc but on average, approximately 20-30 minutes per room. Upholstery cleaning approximately 2 hours for a 3 piece suite.

Q. Do I have to clear the room of furniture, etc?
A. We only ask if possible to clear the room of light & free standing objects that may obstruct us during cleaning. Plus it is advisable to remove any delicate, fragile or expensive items that may be accidently damaged. Heavy items of furniture can be worked around or moved if required during cleaning.

Q. How often should I get my carpets cleaned?
A. This can vary drastically depending on how much traffic/usage the carpets receive. With light traffic and where regular vacuuming is carried out, every 12-18 months is recommended. With heavy traffic from children and/or pets in and out every 6-12 months is recommended. 

Q. Do you guarantee you service?
A. Yes. We guarantee that if you are unhappy with any aspect of our service we will do everything possible to rectify the situation at no extra cost or inconvenience caused to yourself.
